John Lundvik - "Voice of the Silent"

John Lundvik er ved at blive en sand Melodifestival-veteran. Han blev først kendt i 2010, da han skrev teksten til “When You Tell the World You’re Mine”, der blev sunget ved kronprinsesse Victorias bryllup.

Han debuterede i Melodifestivalen i 2014 som sangskriver til “Natural” og som artist i 2018 med “My Turn”, hvor han blev nummer tre. I 2019 vandt han konkurrencen med “Too Late For Love” og blev nummer fem i Eurovision. Samme år skrev han også Storbritanniens bidrag “Bigger Than Us” og satte dermed en rekord ved både at have skrevet og fremført et bidrag i Eurovision-finalen.Han har en baggrund som atletikudøver på 100-meter-distancen, hvor han har flere svenske mærker og medaljer.
